We want your shoes to fit like they were made for you. Adidas and ASICS recommends adding a 1/2 size to your normal gym shoe size. Do not use your current wrestling shoe to size a new pair. We find this works for almost all of our customers.
The fastest way to receive another pair of shoes is to place a second order online. When you place the second order, please put "Shoe Sizing Guarantee" and your original order number in the Special Instructions section on the checkout page. We will send you the second pair and a UPS label so you can return the pair you have back to us.
When we receive the first pair we will refund you for the second pair of shoes and your ground shipping cost on the second order. We will only cover ground shipping costs for the second pair. We will not refund expedited shipping costs. Please include your credit card information on the back of your receipt when you return your first pair to ensure a prompt refund.
If you do not wish to place a second order, you can request a return authorization online. You will be send a return number and a UPS label via e-mail that you can use to send back your shoes. As soon as we receive your shoes we will send out a second pair.
The “Shoe Sizing Guarantee” is only good for 1 exchange. You may exchange the shoes again, but you will have to incur the cost of shipping your second pair of shoes back to us and the cost of sending you a third pair.
