I am going to try something new this year with conditioning. This is more of a tip for grade school coaches than high school coaches. I am going to start running with the varsity kids "before" practice starts for the other first, second, third year wrestlers. This way we can start running at say 6:50 p.m. and have ten minutes in before the other kids start running at 7:00 p.m. I am hoping this will eliminate some of the complaints that we condition too much. Although, the kids that will return say we should just keep it the same as always.
