This is our fourth tip of the week. We are excited that wrestling season is starting in a couple of months. In order to promote team unity, look into everyone wearing the same wrestling shoes. I started doing this with my wrestling club (before I started to sell shoes) and it really made the team look like a "team" with everyone in the same shoes, uniforms, warm-ups and even head gears.

Granted the team I coach is a youth team, but the team really started taking pride that they all looked the same. Too often I see, especially in high schools, where coaches allow there kids to wear t-shirts from wrestling camps or other t-shirts that all the team members aren't wearing. I think it looks horrible when a team does not look like a team.

I wrestled for the most successful high school wrestling coach in the country (he may have slipped to number two), but on his teams everyone wore the same uniforms and warm-ups and looked like a team when they went upstairs to wrestle !!!
